It's a free service that lets you check your mail using the database you provide. Ironically, the database comes from lists of e-mails purchased by the same service builder, only from those who sell them without the permission of users.
Bruno Skvorc, developer of this site, explains that he himself bought lists of emails from conferences, meetings, web services, and other data collectors ready to sell. Although it may sound contradictory, Skvorc explains that he buys it because he is tired of spam and wants to disclose those who trade the data.
When using the Be Have I Sold site, users are assured that they will not sell or share your email with anyone for any reason. Where you can instantly remove it from your database with a single click on the Home button. No information about you is collected or stored during your visit to the site, nor analysis ...

If you enter your email address on the site and find a result, you can request to delete your email from the database immediately. If you can not find anything, you can also request to be notified in the future if it appears suddenly in the list.
Enter your email on this site to see if any site or service is selling your mail to others. If you live in Europe like me, no company can sell the data without your explicit consent under the new law, and so can be reported.
