A new report from BlueFin Research shows that Apple may stop production of iPhone X and iPhone SE to continue focusing on the three iPhone phones that will appear later this year.
By doing so, Apple will be able to achieve its goal of shipping 91 million units by the end of this year, and plans to ship 92 million units of the three new iPhone handsets in 2019.
The three phone units are expected to increase to 20, 60, 45 and 40 million units over four consecutive quarters, and analysts expect the iPhone X Plus will have huge sales followed by an average iPhone phone. There are no rumors about shutting down the iPhone 8 at this time.
