Press reports over the past few hours that Apple has received a large number of complaints from users angry because of a defect in the work of iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max.
A number of user forums and sites have seen frequent complaints to users about what they call a flaw in my iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max mainly related to the quality of connectivity with cellular networks and Wi-Fi networks compared to previous versions of iPhone phones.
According to the complaining users, the iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max have weak network signal and speed. In case of low coverage, the phones are connected to a 2.5 GHz network instead of 5 GHz. Some attribute the problem to the Intel modems or to the antennas of the two phones.
Apple has not yet commented on the issue that seems to be starting to take on a larger size.
