Microsoft reports users to download fake copies of Google Chrome

The Microsoft Edge browser is not as popular with users as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox, so Microsoft is doing everything it can to make it compete with these browsers, especially on Windows 10.

While many users use Microsoft's Edge browser to download another browser, especially Firefox and Chrome, a number of reports have recently indicated that advertisements for a fake version of Google Chrome and malicious software spread on the Microsoft Bing browser through the Edge browser.

According to a number of reports, citing users that many of them downloaded this program on the basis that it is recommended Google Chrome, as Microsoft's Ping browser heard misleading ads leading to a booby-trapped site containing a fake version of Jules Chrome, and Ping browser has withdrawn these ads Directed by the hackers and blocked the associated accounts.

Some believe that Microsoft has deliberately tolerated counterfeit versions of Google Chrome in order to promote its own Microsoft Edge browser.
