Hackers penetrate the site of the French Foreign Ministry

The French Foreign Ministry announced on Thursday that it had breached its website of French nationals traveling abroad, where their data were stolen.

"Personal data recorded on the site has been stolen and can be used for purposes other than its purposes but with limited impact, because the stolen information does not include sensitive financial matters or information that may reveal the destinations of the passengers," the statement said.
Since 2010, the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs has launched the Ariane service to enable French nationals traveling on a mission or trip abroad to register online and receive the most up-to-date information on security outside the country.
