YouTube reveals why some channels are falling on its platform

The video platform YouTube announced a major maintenance operation targeting a group of accounts considered to be annoying or spam, which reflected the number of views and followers for a number of channels on YouTube.

The YouTube platform indicated that during the third third of 2018, it deleted nearly 1.8 million accounts on its platform, which accounts for spam or fraudulent accounts intended only to increase the number of followers of a set of accounts.

According to YouTube, this has also been reflected in the views. Also, nearly 58 million videos have been deleted, including annoying or inappropriate content. In addition, 224.5 million comments have been deleted on the platform.
